For the past 4 decades Mr. Kosloff's practice has been focused on the trial and negotiation of Family Law matters. Mr. Kosloff conservatively estimate that he has appeared in more than 500 contested trials and hearings.

Mr. Kosloff has appeared in Family Law cases in every judicial district in Southern California except Imperial County. Other counties where he has had cases include, Kern, Mariposa, Marin, San Francisco, Alameda [Oakland and Hayward], Eldorado (both Placerville and South Lake Tahoe], Santa Clara, Placer, Butte and Contra Costa.

Mr. Kosloff has also been involved in Family Law cases involving the States of
New York, Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin and Nevada.

Additionally, Mr. Kosloff has been involved in cases being simultaneously litigated in Australia, Canada, China, England, Mexico, Russia and Scotland.

In addition to the Family Law divisions of the Superior Court, Mr. Kosloff has appeared in Family Law related cases in the Probate, Civil, Juvenile [Dependency] and criminal divisions.
